- IT asset inventory management, on the worked example
- $101,100
The worksheets work on figures a register keeper already has: what the asset cost, what it will sell for at the end, how many years it will be used, how long it has been in service, how many laptops and seats the organisation pays for, and what a scan of the network answered. Each one returns the arithmetic on those figures and nothing borrowed from a table of ours.
Every figure on a worksheet comes from the inputs you enter and the method stated beside it: your cost, your salvage value, your useful life, your device counts and your scan results. Where a guide names a published rule, the document is cited with a path to the clause, and the figure is licensed in this repository's claims ledger before it appears on a page.
- IT asset inventory management Put in the laptops, phones, servers and paid seats with what each would cost to replace, and see what the estate is worth, what sits out of warranty, and the reserve a month to refresh it. Free
- Fixed asset register Put in one asset's cost, salvage value, useful life and years in service, and see the straight-line and double-declining-balance depreciation, the accumulated depreciation and the net book value today. Free
- IT asset discovery tools Put in the ranges you scanned, what answered, how many agents reported and how many devices are on the register, and see the coverage and the number of devices nobody had written down. Free
