Support is answered by the people who build Depreo, by email, on working days in UK hours. Most questions are about getting an existing spreadsheet register into Depreo without retyping it, about a depreciation figure that does not match the accountant's, or about how disposals and transfers are recorded. Write with the asset line in question and you will get an answer about that line.

If Depreo Pro is not doing what you took it out to do, write to us and we will refund it. We would rather give the money back than argue about a subscription somebody is not getting value from, and you can cancel from inside your account without asking anyone.
