What this service is

Depreo is software for keeping the register of what an organisation owns: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the register with its depreciation, holders, disposals and history. We are the vendor: you buy the plan from us and nobody else is introduced.

How we are paid

Depreo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Depreo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Depreo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index lists every free worksheet on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not an accounting opinion, a valuation or a tax position, and nothing on this site is a ruling on what your books or your return should show. The figures you enter are yours to check.
