# Depreo > Depreo is a free set of worksheets and a paid register for the person who keeps track of what a small or mid-sized United States organization owns: the owner or bookkeeper of a company, the office or IT manager holding the laptops and licenses, the business manager of a school, church or laboratory. The free worksheets take one fixed asset line (cost, salvage value, useful life, years in service) and return the straight-line and double-declining-balance depreciation, the accumulated depreciation and the net book value; take the IT estate (device and license counts, unit replacement costs, warranty and renewal shares) and return what it would cost to replace, the annual license spend and the replacement reserve a month; and take a discovery pass (subnets, hosts that answered, agents reporting, devices already on the register) and return the coverage and the count of unknown devices. Depreo Pro, $49 a month for the whole organization, keeps the register itself: every asset with its cost, dates, holder, location and status, the depreciation run each period, disposals, history and export under the organization's own name. It publishes no useful-life table and no tax ruling; every figure is arithmetic on the reader's own inputs.
